Oslo, Norway/Wilhering, Austria – The Norwegian telecommunications provider Tele2 Norge will be using the Retail Management and POS solution from NTS Retail to control its branch network in the future.

Following Tele2 Sweden, who successfully operates the Telco Commerce solution from NTS Retail in its stores, the telecommunications provider is now also establishing its own branch network in Norway. The first branches started operation in May 2013 after a brief project phase. "We are really pleased that the NTSwincash launch went so smoothly in our first shops. Feedback from our employees is extremely positive and our customers also benefit from the added value that the NTS Retail solution brings - particularly in terms of the high quality of sales consultation at the POS", Morten Evjen, CEO of Tele2 Butikkene AS, explained with great satisfaction.

In addition to the NTSwincash Retail Management and In-Store solution, Tele2 Norge also uses the Central Logistics Module to automate its goods allocation. Pre-configured parameters, such as minimum, maximum, target and warning stock levels, are used to generate orders for all stores automatically and assign these to the suppliers. The goods are then delivered using digital delivery notes, which enable fast stock addition in the shops because it is no longer necessary to scan the serial numbers of the devices delivered.

Like Tele2 Sweden, Tele2 Norge also utilizes the Commissions Module from NTS Retail. This allows the company to define and manage all branch and employee commissions centrally. The commissions are calculated automatically and assigned at defined time. Thanks to the customer-specific further development, these can also be calculated and shown on-the-fly directly in the sales procedure. A GL interface and eVoucher solution complements the NTSwincash configuration in use at Tele2 Norge.

“We can look back on a positive and successful cooperation with the team from Tele2 Norge and are happy to see this project mark a further consolidation in our partnership with the Tele2 Group“, Günther Schrammel (CEO at NTS) confirmed.
