Dr. Khaireel Mohamed has been leading NTS Retail’s product transition for over a decade. A trained mathematician, he joined the team as a Software Engineer and steadily rose through the ranks, eventually being named CTO in 2021. He quickly earned the company's trust with his methodical approach and dedication to improving platform efficiency and equipping it for modern cloud operations. To our industry audience, he is a well-known figure, having represented NTS Retail at industry panel discussions and holding presentations at prestigious events such as TM Forum’s DTW Ignite.
Werner Kohl, Chief Executive Officer, Compax
Werner Kohl has reinforced NTS Retail’s leadership team following the acquisition by Compax. With more than three decades of experience in the telco industry and countless successful BSS/OSS transformation projects under his belt, Werner knows what it takes to steer a software project to deliver meaningful outcomes that drive true, lasting value for customers. As a leader, he embodies a modern, human-centric approach rooted in agile methodology and “new work” philosophy. His vision is to empower people to create their best work in an agile collaboration model with a strong degree of self-determination and a goal-driven approach.
