The well-established NTS Retail Suite as well as the company’s highly experienced retail specialists very much appealed to a new Polish customer. The manufacturer takes up a leading role in the cosmetics industry and represents a very recognizable brand in Poland. The company has developed an international network of own and franchise stores and currently operates in 57 countries on six continents.
NTS’s new customer has decided to trust in the NTS Retail Suite that will be tailored specifically to their needs. The scope of implementation includes NTS Point-of-Sale, Logistics, Backoffice and DRC Replicator modules. To improve the quality of their customer service and to find individual articles more quickly, the Polish manufacturer will make use of an enhanced article search which lets them find articles even by images. NTS Retail also offers additional improvements, for example, it helps accelerate the stocktaking process by making it possible for several employees to simultaneously work on one specific stocktake. Another very important enhancement is the automatic set recognition feature. It serves to recognize individually loaded articles that are also available as a set. If this is the case, the system is able to convert the respective articles into a set and applies the defined set price. Furthermore, the many customers of the Polish retailer do no longer have to go to a specific store to return once purchased articles. Returns can now be done throughout the entire network and do not need to be performed at the original sales location.
The first five Polish stores are scheduled to introduce the NTS Retail Suite by the end of 2014. This strengthens NTS Retail´s position in the cosmetics industry.
