LIWEST continues to rely on NTS Retail with a technical upgrade
LIWEST Kabelmedien GmbH has been a customer of NTS Retail since 2009. As the largest Internet provider in Upper Austria, LIWEST serves almost 150,000 customers with an offering consisting of Internet, television, fixed-line, and mobile telephony for private and business customers.
The brand enjoys an excellent reputation in Upper Austria and has repeatedly achieved top grades for their network quality, service, and bandwidth. The LIWEST stores are relying on the NTS Retail product portfolio - the NTS Retail Suite is used from the first customer contact to the processing of sales transactions.
In the four stores and partner stores in Upper Austria - including the flagship store in the PlusCity shopping mall, Pasching, which was launched in 2018 (we reported) - customers receive comprehensive consulting and can sign up for new contracts directly.
With this technical upgrade, LIWEST has now been provided with the latest version of the NTS Retail Suite and can rely on extended hardware support, among other things.
